Investment Advisory Services

Central Washington University is soliciting independent investment advisory services for the Central Washington University Retirement Plan and Voluntary Investment Plan under solicitation number 26-010. The selected vendor will provide objective fiduciary consulting, including investment monitoring, fee analysis, governance support, and strategic recommendations to university leadership and the Retirement Committee. To qualify, contractors must maintain Registered Investment Adviser status, remain independent from proprietary investment products, and adhere to public sector fiduciary standards and robust cybersecurity practices.
