Location and Description: The Project is located at various locations within the City of Concord, California 94519, and is described as follows: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; preparatory work, securing the work area for public safety, and site cleanup daily, traffic control; locating/potholing, protecting existing utilities; preliminary cleaning and TV video as needed; excavating; dewatering; demolition; busting existing pipe; installing new pipe and making all associated connections; raise and lower manhole to grade; backfilling and compacting access pits/trenches; installation of temporary steel plates; temporary pavement and/or sidewalk patch; replace clean-out; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in the Project Manual and all other work as specified in these Special Conditions, Technical Provisions, and as shown on the Plans. Time for Final Completion: The Project must be fully completed within 20 working days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed for each Work Order.
