Invitation to Qualify - Rail Transportation Services in support of the Exercise MAPLE RESOLVE 23Rail transportation services are required to facilitate rail movements of oversized military equipment such as vehicles, trailers and containers in support of the Exercise MAPLE RESOLVE 23.This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is the first phase of a procurement process led by the Department of National Defense (DND) for this rail transportation requirement. Respondents are invited to prequalify in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ.
