DESCRIPTION: COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The solicitation document, F4FDAY3155B001REV, is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-67. The associated NAICS code is 334111, small business size standard is: 1,000 employees. This RFQ is a 100% total small business set-aside. This requirement is for the following brand name Apple products: (See Attached Bill of Materials**) **This is an amendment to F4FDAY3155B001 to remove "All Devices Should Have GoodReader Licensing". Additionally, vendor must be Apple Authorized Reseller. Delivery is 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Ship to: Det 6 AMCAOS/SIMCERT, 222 Galaxy Rd.
