The City of Corpus Christi Asset Management Department is soliciting bids for a sidewalk replacement project at the Parks and Recreation Annex building located at 1406 Martin Luther King. The project involves the demolition and legal disposal of 30 feet of existing concrete sidewalk and the installation of a new 4-inch-thick, 4000 PSI concrete pour with a professional broom finish, a 1 percent cross-slope for drainage, and control joints at 5-foot intervals. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety requirements, Texas811 regulations, and IBC/ICC 2024 building codes.
