Iredell County Employee Clinic - Physical Therapy

Iredell County is soliciting proposals under solicitation number 27-421-RFP-02 to establish a contract for on-site physical therapy services at the Employee Wellness Clinic in Statesville, North Carolina. The objective is to provide orthopedic rehabilitation, post-operative therapy, chronic pain and injury management, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise for county employees, retirees, and eligible dependents. The selected vendor will be responsible for initial and periodic evaluations, individualized plans of care, and coordination with referring physicians. Services are currently operated at 25 hours per week and must be provided by licensed clinical personnel in accordance with the North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners practice act, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations. The contract is structured as a three-year service agreement starting July 1, 2027, with the possibility of three one-year renewals for a maximum term of six years. Award will be based on the best overall value, evaluating factors such as clinical experience, staffing continuity, financial stability, and the ability to improve musculoskeletal health outcomes.
