Island Pacific Beer and Wine Sales, AP-26-0034 (NOE)

The proposed project consists of a request for approval to expand the existing grocery use at 2100 North Park Boulevard to allow the sale of beer and wine for off-site consumption. The project site is operated by Island Pacific Supermarket, a full-service grocery store approved under Planning Commission Resolution No. 9904 (AP-11-812 [UP, AD]). Although the original approval authorized the applicant to obtain a California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license, that authorization expired because an ABC license was never obtained. The applicant is now seeking a Use Permit expansion to allow the sale of beer and wine. Island Pacific is located at 2100 North Park Boulevard, in the Community Commercial Zoning District.
