Issuance of General Lease – Recreational and Protective Structure

The California State Lands Commission is authorizing the issuance of a General Lease for Recreational and Protective Structure Use for filled and unfilled sovereign land located in the Napa River, adjacent to 1912 Milton Road in Napa County. The lease is granted to Florence S. Acuna, Trustee of the Cash Flo Living Trust, and allows for the use of an existing dock, appurtenant facilities, rip rap, and a levee area. The lease is scheduled to begin on February 1, 2026, for a term of 10 years.
