Issuance of General Lease – Recreational and Protective Structure Use – Lease 5666

The California State Lands Commission is authorizing the issuance of General Lease 5666 for Recreational and Protective Structure Use to the Elana Krausz and David Pyle 2017 Family Trust. The lease is scheduled to begin on February 1, 2026, for a term of 10 years. The agreement covers filled and unfilled sovereign land located in the Napa River, adjacent to 1636 Milton Road in Napa County, California. The scope of the lease includes the authorization of several existing structures not previously approved by the Commission, specifically a deck, dock, appurtenant facilities, unattached piling, a gate, a retaining wall, and a levee area. This project has been granted a Notice of Exemption under Class 1 for Existing Facilities, as the Commission determined that the lease will not cause significant environmental effects or physical changes to the area.
