Solicitation W911PT27QA008 is a total small business set-aside for the procurement of 30 cannon containers for the 105mm M20, to be delivered to the Watervliet Arsenal in Watervliet, New York. The requirement is split into two line items of 15 units each, with the first item requiring a first article submission and the second item waiving it. Delivery for the second line item is required within 60 calendar days following the approval of the first article test. Technical compliance is mandatory, and the government may conduct plant visits or preaward surveys to verify capabilities. Required documentation includes contract data per DD Form 1423 and specific inspection results via WVA Form 702-61-R and DD Form 1222. The contract incorporates strict cybersecurity and safeguarding requirements under DFARS 252.204-7012 and requires the use of the Wide Area WorkFlow system for electronic invoicing. Access to the export-controlled Technical Data Package requires an active JCP record and a current DD Form 2345.
