This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number 2009-Q-11430 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking potential offerors who have the capabilities of procuring IT Equipment. The solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334119. The product with the lowest cost that meets all of the specifications and quality requirement will be procured. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award and must be certified by Cisco Systems Inc. as qualified to resell and warranty the equipment listed in this RFQ. The Clause at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition along with 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items. Except for the Pass/Fail criteria of being a certified Cisco reseller, price will be the only evaluation factor.
