FDVA invites interested Contractors to submit bids in accordance with this solicitation. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an Agreement with FDVA for the Chester Sims State Veterans’ Nursing Home located at 4419 Tram Rd, Panama City, Fl. 32404 (Bay County).The successful Contractor shal provide labor, services, equipment, tools,materials, and supplies required in the performance of the Agreement. Contractor shall remove the existing analog nurse call system equipment and wiring, and upon removal immediately remit to FDVA Contract Manager (on site project manager). Further, Contractor will fully provide the design-build process, installation of a new Rauland R5K nurse call system ultilizing structured wiring (see provided Burns Engineering design drawings attachments. (FDVA Chester Sims – Bid Set 5-14-26 - Electrical and FDVA Chester Sims 4-21-26 Specifications).Contract will provide staff training, proper disposal of all project related waste, as well as one (1) annual system inspection, including but not limited to testing and repairs. Contractor must demonstrate the experience and capability to deliver and execute the requirements specified in the solicitation. For further details, see “Statement of Work- FDVA Chester Sims – Bid Set 5-14-26 - Electrical and FDVA Chester Sims 4-21-26 Specifications).The term of this Contract shall commence on the date of the Agreement’s full execution, with no renewals.
