The required Work for this Project in the Base Bid (Section 1 âUPPER ROOFâ, Sheet A-3) will generally consist of the demolition and complete removal of the existing membrane roofing system, installation of a new thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roof system, to include all required insulation, adhering, flashing work, new edge metal, coping caps, and all associated work. Bid Alternate No. 1 (Section 2, âINTERMEDIATE ROOFâ, Sheet A-3) shall consist of the same Scope of Work as described previously, and all associated work.
