The site encompasses a 12,197 square foot (0.28 acres) lot, with an approx. 2,000 square foot bi-level structure built in 1973. This building (renovated in 2021) with an attached garage, consists of a common entrance, upper-level living space, a basement, office rooms, and bathrooms.
