Обґрунтування необхідності закупівлі даного виду товару — замовник здійснює закупівлю даного виду товару, оскільки за своїми якісними та технічними характеристиками найбільше відповідають потребам та вимогам замовника. Закупівля для потреб закладів Замовника до 31.12.2026р. Місце поставки: відповідно додатку №3 до Договору про постачання електричної енергії. Розрахунковим періодом за цим Договором є календарний місяць. Оплату вартості використаної електричної енергії Замовник здійснює на підставі частини першої статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України – лише за фактично використану електричну енергію на підставі належним чином оформленого акта приймання-передачі Товару (далі – Акт) за розрахунковий період.
