The Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) plans to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Innovative Technologies, Inc. (ITI) located in Chantilly, VA for specialized A/V programming services. This action continues an existing effort to enhance the main MTAC conference room at the new NCIS headquarters by ensuring more reliable operation and integrating source-destination routing to connect the Knowledge Wall with the conference room's audiovisual systems. The scope includes modifications and complete recoding of the conference room's A/V equipment, involving programming for Crestron, Nexia, and Extron systems, as well as system testing. This procurement is conducted under FAR 6.302-1, allowing for a non-competitive award on the basis that only ITI can fulfill the agency’s requirements. While this is not open for competitive quotes, interested parties may express their capability and interest for consideration, though the government retains sole discretion in deciding whether to pursue competition. Questions and responses related to this procurement were to be directed to NCIS Contract Specialist Yvonne Bynum by July 21, 2012. The contract is categorized under NAICS code 541330 and supports the Department of Defense's NCIS operations based in Quantico, VA.

Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order to the NCIS Cyber Division to purchase Innovative Technologies, Inc., Chantilly, VA 20151. The agency’s requirement is a continuation of an existing effort to purchase ITI A/V programming services (Crestron, Nexia, and Extron programming, and system testing) to make the new NCIS headquarters’ main MTAC conference room (CAC) function more reliably and utilize source-destination routing so the Knowledge Wall can be connected to the conference room.
