Installing new HVAC system. Upgrading electrical system. Builing new concrete stairs at the back of the building to accommodate for the construction of platform transformer by BC Hydro. Waterproofing foundation wall. Replacing of the existing wood components of the storage lockers with new. Installing temporary chain link enclosure to store all belongings from the storage lockers.Prior to starting the work, the contractor is responsible to obtain the building permit from the City of Vancouver by providing the following items included in the list below to the Building Department:Supply and install tree barrier protection and get approval from the building inspector before obtaining the building permit.Mobilization is expected to occur 2 weeks after Notice to proceed.The project is to be completed no later than December 2026.This is a public solicitation issued through BC Bid.
