No exceptions to this will be permitted.All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.Brief Description of WorkThe work includes Roof Replacement and as further set out at Appendices:Appendix E – Specifications and DrawingsConstructed in 1999, Molnar Gardens is a complex of wood‑framed townhouse blocks with pitched roofs and asphalt shingles. The project primarily includes roof replacement, attic insulation upgrades, and limited HVAC repairs, as outlined in the project specifications and drawings. All work must be completed in accordance with applicable codes and standards, and a 10‑year RCABC RoofStar Guarantee is required for the project.Exclusion of United States Based SuppliersSuppliers based in the United States are excluded from responding to this ITT. BC Housing reserves the right, at its discretion, to allow United States based suppliers to respond, in the event no reasonable alternatives are available.The successful Bidder must cascade this requirement to subcontractors and suppliers engaged in the performance of the resulting contract. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for verifying and demonstrating compliance with this requirement and shall provide evidence of such compliance upon request by BC Housing.This is a public solicitation issued through BC Bid.
