The scope of work includes but is not limited to:Installation of new metal cladding over the existing CMU walls at the gymnasium.The successful bidder for this project will be assigned as Prime Contractor and is expected to commence the work in August 2026. The target Ready-for-Takeover Date is October 30, 2026.Exclusion of United States Based SuppliersSuppliers based in the United States are excluded from responding to this ITT. The Owner and/or BC Housing reserve the right, at its discretion, to allow United States based suppliers to respond, in the event no reasonable alternatives are available.The successful Bidder must cascade this requirement to subcontractors and suppliers engaged in the performance of the resulting contract. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for verifying and demonstrating compliance with this requirement and shall provide evidence of such compliance upon request by The Owner and/or BC Housing.This is a public solicitation issued through BC Bid.
