The delivery terms are FOB origin, and the items are to be issued to Pacific Scientific Company located in Miami, Florida. Although the government invites interested parties to declare their capability or submit quotes, the decision not to compete will rest entirely with the government based on the responses received. The solicitation, posted by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support under the Department of Defense, is classified as a presolicitation and does not specify any set-aside status or NAICS code. The contract is being managed through the Philadelphia office.
