The Government does not own the intellectual property or data rights needed to procure the part elsewhere and has based this acquisition under FAR 6.302-1, authorizing sole-source negotiation. Interested parties can access relevant Military and Federal specifications through the DoD Single Stock Point or the online ASSIST database. Proposals, quotes, or capability statements received within 45 days of the notice (or 30 days if under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement) will be reviewed.
