The delivery terms are FOB origin, with the items to be issued to U S Technologies Inc. located in Fairlawn, New Jersey. Although this notice is not a solicitation for competitive quotes, interested parties are invited to express their interest and capability within specified timelines and may submit proposals or capability statements. The Government retains discretion to decide whether to pursue a competitive procurement based on the responses received.
