Although interested parties may express their interest or submit quotes, the Government retains full discretion on whether to open the procurement to competition based on the responses received. The solicitation, titled "J--CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF," was posted by the Department of Defense’s Navsup Weapon Systems Support office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
