The delivery terms are FOB origin, with the items to be issued to Raytheon Company located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The contract, referenced under solicitation number N0010418PLA52 and posted by the Department of Defense’s Navsup Weapon Systems Support Mech office in Mechanicsburg, PA, follows FAR 6.302-1 authority for sole-source procurement. While this is not a competitive solicitation, proposals received within 45 days of the notice publication will be considered. Additionally, the Government allows interested parties to express their capability to meet the requirement with commercial items within 15 days, despite not employing FAR Part 12 policies related to commercial item acquisition.
