This action is being pursued under the solicitation number N0038314PG145 by the Department of Defense’s NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support office located in Philadelphia, PA. The procurement approach is a sole-source negotiation, indicating the government’s intent to contract with only one supplier based on the current source’s unique capability and possession of necessary data, as the government lacks sufficient information to solicit competitive quotes. Although this notice is not a request for competitive quotes, interested parties may express their interest and submit quotes prior to the award date. However, the government retains full discretion in determining whether to open competition based on these responses. The purpose of this approach is to ensure continuation of supply with the current source due to the unavailability of accurate or legible data from alternative suppliers.
