Full Description

This is a sole source synopsis published for informational purposes only. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). This proposed procurement will be a sole source under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with the Size Standard of $19,000,000.00. This proposed action is to add 1 each Eaton Power ware 9390 for maintenance of the system onto the existing award. The additional system maintenance service Clin will have a period of performance from 10 April 2014 to 09 April 2015 (approximately one (1) year). The proposed source is 24/7 Technology Inc., 1349 Old 41 Highway, Suite 135, Marietta, GA 30060-7931. A determination by the government not to compete this short term proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, quotation or exception to the intent to purchase on a sole source basis, which shall be considered by the Government if received within five (5) calendar days of this notice. Responses are due No Later Than 26 February 2014 11:00AM CST. Only inquiries/information received by this date and time will be considered. The Contracting Officer for this award will be Ms. Glenda Calcote email Glenda.s.calcote.civ@mail.mil.
