This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order, and is not a request for competitive proposals. The statutory authority for this sole-source procurement is 6.302-1. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order to Bruker Nano, Inc., Tucson, AZ, to provide service to maintain a Bruker Nano Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) used for high resolution imaging of conductive and non-conductive materials. This award is for one year with options for four additional years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this buy is 333314.
