Forest Hill Ave, Oak Creek, WI 53154-2901. The Army Contracting Command, Qatar, on behalf of the Area Support Group, Qatar Provost Marshal Office (ASG-PMO) intends to award a sole source GSA Schedule task order under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A) and DFARS 208.405-70(b). Accordingly, the sole source GSA task order will be awarded to Honeywell International Inc., 135 W. Forest Hill Ave, Oak Creek, WI 53154-2901. ASG-PMO is seeking to procure technical support services for its Integrated Electronic Security System (IESS), comprised of the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Closed-circuit Television (CCTV) system. This sole source requirement is to satisfy the urgent and immediate need to sustain non-personal services supporting the ASG-Qatar (ASG-QA) Camp As Sayliyah (CAS) and Falcon 78 perimeter defenses and security systems' inspection, maintenance and repair of all components and equipment. The services will include: preventive maintenance, demand maintenance & repair, staffing, functional support, system/subsystem/component restoration, material support, system inventory control and maintain the Maintenance Database. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a six month period of performance. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source GSA Schedule task order is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no RFP available for competitive proposals.
