NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting for port main reduction gear hot lube oil flushing on board a U.S. Naval vessel docked at Sasebo, Japan. All services to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This acquisition will be negotiated on an unrestricted basis. Place of Performance is U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility (SRF) Sasebo, Japan. FOB Destination. This requirement to be solicited on an unrestricted basis Commercial basis, under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Award under this procurement will be made to the technically acceptable offer which provides the best value to the Government, past performance and price considered. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the NECO website on or about 14 October 2015 with proposals due by 23 October 2015. A Firm-Fixed Price, Service type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if received in a timely manner, shall be considered by NAVSUP FLC PS.
