The delivery terms specify FOB Origin, and the contract is to be issued to Excelitas Technologies Sensors Inc. located in Covina, California. The contract is managed by the Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support office in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Interested vendors can access relevant military and federal specifications, qualified product listings, and other technical documents through established Department of Defense repositories such as DODSSP and ASSIST-Online. However, certain proprietary materials like drawings and purchase descriptions are not publicly stocked.
