THIS IS NOT A SOLICATATION This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price repair contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Cyber/Netcentric Directorate intends to award on a sole source basis a firm-fixed price contract for repair service for KG-75A FASTLANE to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). General Dynamic C4 Systems, Inc. (GD4S), 77A Street, Needham, MA 02494-2805. CAGE CODE: 04655. The equipment items are as follows: F2MTN70126B001: CLIN 001, 5810-01-493-7871CA repair KG-75A FASTLANE: (qty. 5 ea.): CLIN 002 Repair 5810-01-493-7872CA, (qty. 17 ea.); CLIN 003, Repair 5810-01-493-7873CA. (qty. 8 ea.) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services Cyber/Netcentric Directorate has access to the complete technical data package; however, due to classification of the associated drawings and specifications, it has made the use of full and open competition procedures prohibitive.
