Revised Synopsis-Solicitation Number N00189-14-T-0192 (Shoe Build-Up services) The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk VA intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price 100 percent small business set-aside for Shoe Build-up services in support of United States Air Force Honor Guard, Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, Washington, D.C. These services will be acquired utilizing procedures under the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Subpart 13.5- Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 19.5 – Set Asides for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 811430 and the size standard is $7M. The solicitation will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The impending contract will include a one-year base period of performance that will commence on 1 July 2014 and conclude on 30 June 2015 with option provisions to incorporate four (4) one-year option periods that will conclude on 30 June 2019 along with FAR Clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. This contract will be issued with options to extend the term of the contract in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-9. All options will be evaluated.
