The Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking sources that can provide airtime access for Rock Island Arsenal Police Department (RIAPD) and Rock Island Arsenal Fire Department (RIAFD), and radio system maintenance for Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) Emergency Services operations, as further outlined in Attachment 0001, Draft PWS. Respondents must provide, as part of their response, information concerning the requirement along with: staff experience, including their availability, experience, and training, current in-house capability and capacity to perform the work, prior completed projects of similar nature, corporate experience and management capabilities, examples of prior completed Government contracts, references, and other related information. In addition, respondents to this Sources Sought notice should provide the following information: Company name, CAGE Code, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email Address, and business size status. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, a Request for Quotes, or an indication the Government will award a contract action for the services contained in this announcement. Any interested organization must submit a written statement of their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill this requirement to the point of contact identified below, as soon as possible, but no later than 1:30 PM CST on 07 August 2015. E-mailed statements are acceptable, but senders bear full responsibility to ensure complete transmission and timely receipt.
