The contract pertains to the procurement of two units of a specific item identified as NSN 7H-1285-015028249-VN, with technical data package version 003. The delivery terms are FOB origin, and the equipment is to be issued to Herley Industries Inc. located in Woburn, Massachusetts. The item is controlled by source control or selected item drawings, and no suitable technical data or government data rights exist to allow acquisition from alternative suppliers or qualified testing from second sources. The notice clarifies that it is not a request for competitive quotes but invites interested parties to express their interest and capability to respond.
