1.0 Background: AMETEK Programmable Power, Inc., a Division of AMETEK, Inc., less than br greater than is the manufacturer of Elgar, Sorensen, California Instruments brand power less than br greater than supplies. The Center for Countermeasures (CCM) possesses several Sorensen SGA less than br greater than Series power supplies designed specifically for test systems applications requiring less than br greater than variable DC sources. Currently, one of these power supplies has malfunctioned is less than br greater than inoperable and in need of repair. less than br greater than 1.1 Scope: AMETEK is the manufacturer and only Authorized Service Center less than br greater than (ASC) for the repair of Sorenson SGA Series power supplies within the less than br greater than United States. AMETEK shall be funded for the troubleshooting, disassembly, less than br greater than rework, re-assembly, pre-test, burn-in, final test and final clean-up of the less than br greater than malfunctioning power supply identified below: less than br greater than Manufacturer: Sorenson less than br greater than Model #: SGA 60 / 250C-21M less than br greater than Serial #: 0542A01446 less than br greater than 1.2 Schedule & Location: The repair effort will be carried out at AMETEK less than br greater than facilities. The repair and calibration schedule will be based on AMETEK less than br greater than findings and estimates that result from the power supply diagnostics. A WBS less than br greater than is not required. less than br greater than 1.3 Delivery Order: AMETEK performs Sorenson power supply repair work on less than br greater than a fixed fee basis. The task will be initiated when the repair cost funding is less than br greater than awarded to AMETEK by the government. Repair work is inclusive and covers less than br greater than the troubleshooting, disassembly, rework, re-assembly, pre-test, burn-in, final less than br greater than test and final clean-up ofthe power supply. AMETEK has provided CCM less than br greater than with a written cost quote (MR8431) identifying the fee charged to support this less than br greater than task order to be $3,669.75. less than br greater than 2.0 Government Furnished Equipment (GFE): The government will provide the less than br greater than inoperative SGA 60/250 C-2JM power supply to AMETEK for repair. CCM will less than br greater than cover expense of shipping item to and from AMETEK in a separate funding action. less than br greater than 3.0 Support Requirements; AMETEK will repair and calibrate the SGA 60/250 C- less than br greater than 2JM power supply in accordance with the approved task order and the power supply less than br greater than will be returned to the Center in original operating condition after repair, calibration less than br greater than and acceptance testing. less than br greater than 4.0 Reports: A diagnostic and repair report is required within 15 days of completion of less than br greater than the task. less than br greater than 5.0 Travel: Travel is not a requirement for this task less than br greater than
