The contract involves the supply of two units of a specific linear valve part, identified by NSN 7H-4810-012066203 and TDP Version 001, to be delivered FOB Origin to Marotta Controls Inc. in Montville, New Jersey. Interested parties may express their capability to meet the government's needs or submit quotations before the award date, although the government reserves discretion not to pursue competition based on these responses. The contract does not follow the acquisition procedures for commercial items under FAR Part 12, but potential suppliers may identify interest in providing a commercial equivalent.
