Solicitation # ILSMaintenance
The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought notice for Integrated Logistics Division Maintenance and Logistics Support Services. This effort is for market research purposes to identify capable sources for corrective and preventative maintenance of both large-scale and small-scale Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) equipment. The scope includes the execution of maintenance services, the provision of stakeholder reporting via dashboards and key process indicators, and the development of service level agreements. The maintenance workflow is managed through a 24/7 Maintenance Dispatch Center utilizing ServiceNow and MAXIMO to issue work orders and track completion. This opportunity is currently designated as a Small Business Set Aside, though the agency is using this RFI to determine if a small business or 8(a) set-aside is justifiable based on the availability of at least two capable firms. Interested respondents must submit their capabilities, business size status, and up to three past performance references by October 27, 2026, via email to the primary point of contact. Submissions are limited to 10 pages total, with a maximum of three pages per past performance reference and a total file size limit of 50 MB. This announcement is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation or a commitment to issue a procurement.
