PROCUREMENT TITLE: Steris Equipment Maintenance INTENT TO AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 19), 6162 S. Willow Drive, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, intends to award one (1) purchase order on a sole source basis, to STERIS CORPORATION, for Steris Equipment Maintenance Services.
BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION: The Salt Lake VA Medical Center located at 500 Foothill Blvd, Salt Lake City, UT, 84148, has a requirement for Steris Equipment Maintenance Services of the VA s Engineering Services Office at SLCVAMC. NAICS: 8111210 Electric and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services, $34 Million
PSC: J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies
AUTHORITY: This procurement will be issued under the authority of RFO Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
INTERESTED PARTIES: THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement as described in the attached Statement of Work no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, Monday, April 27, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s needs as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice.
