J065--Fujifilm Sonosite Software Agreement Intent to Sole Source For Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, through its Network Contracting Office 10 in Cincinnati, Ohio, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation for the Fujifilm Sonosite Software Agreement to support the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. This action is justified because the Government has determined that only Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation possesses the unique capabilities necessary to meet the specific requirements, and no competitive solicitation is being issued.
