The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Buffalo, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors capable of providing the service and maintenance of Central Monitoring equipment for the Networking Contracting Office 02 (NY Harbor Healthcare System Manhattan and Brooklyn Campuses). The VA shall issue an RFQ for this requirement immediately following this notice, on or about July 8th, 2026, to be posted to www.Sam.gov. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items with the intent of awarding a fixed-price contract. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Perspective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov.
