NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO2) intents to award a sole source open market purchase order to Leica Microsystems, Inc., 1700 Leider Ln, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 for Silver Service maintenance of three (3) Leica Autocut Microtomes (Serial Numbers: 05145, 05162, and 05166) at the James J. Peters (Bronx) VA Medical Center, located at 130 W Kingsbridge Rd, Bronx, NY 10468. Period of performance is from 05/01/2026 to 04/30/2027, including four (4) option years. This requirement includes annual preventative maintenance, technical support, 100% service labor and travel included, 100% Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts included, priority service scheduling, planned maintenance, and reliability updates.
