The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus 4 option year (OY) contract for preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of the AC3 Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps at VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHCS). The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is Teleflex. Their technicians are OEM certified to provide parts and service compatible with the equipment. The technicians are also the only individuals authorized to install and maintain the equipment. The OEM will only guarantee work completed by these technicians. The government intends to award the contract on 06/15/2026 to TELEFLEX LLC, 3015 CARRINGTON MILL BLVD, MORRISVILLE, NC 27560 . The Period of Performance will be 07/01/2026-06/30/2031. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals.
