QUESTION: We are qualified for this work but need to ask you to remove the following: Certifications Offeror shall provide the Training Diploma stating they are certified to do Preventive Maintenance on the specific Arjohuntleigh and Liko patient Lift Devices. The diploma must read Arjohuntleigh and Liko Training Certified . Offeror shall be OEM certified. ANSWER: The facility has determined that they do not want to remove either the Training Diploma or OEM certification for this requirement. 2. QUESTION: There are at least two SDVOSB who will be bidding on this project, will you be changing the set aside to SDVOSB? ANSWER: This will not be changed to a SDVOSB set-aside per market research conducted. 3. QUESTION: Need clarification on B.2 Price/Cost Schedule for items 0003, 0004 and 0005. Item 0001 is very straightforward as the ARJO lift pricing includes all Testing, Parts, and Repairs but the Liko 0002 is only the Weight Load Test. Is there a specific reason why 0002 was written differently from 0001? ANSWER: The determination was made to separate testing, parts, and repairs for the Liko in additional line items. 4. QUESTION: How can items 0003, 0004 and 0005 be quoted when the quantity of Lift Straps, Lift Repairs and Lift Parts are unknown? ANSWER: There is no expectation of pricing to be submitted in the quote due to the language within the line items IF REQUIRED and IF NEEDED. These line items will be used only after the contract is awarded IF REQUIRED or IF NEEDED.
