The bids will be opened at 3:00 PM at the Landscape Architects office and the bid tabulation summaries will be made available online on May 3, 2024 by 5:00pm (local time) on PennBid. Proposals are requested for the following project: James A. Umble Memorial Park _Phase 1 Improvement Project contains one (1) contract: Contract No. 1 – Site Improvement Contract (General Contract). Plans and contract documents are available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Attendance at a pre-bid conference to be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at the Honey Brook Township Municipal Building 500 Suplee Road, Honey Brook, PA at 10:00AM, is recommended for all bidders. A bid bond or certified check shall accompany each proposal to the Owner in the amount of 10 percent of the total base bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the bid opening date and may not be withdrawn during this period. All bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form and on the unit costs.
