DLA Troop Support Europe and Africa plans to award a non-competitive Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) contract for Maintenance, Repair, and Operation (MRO) requirements in the Africa Zone 1 Area of Responsibility (AOR) to Atlantic Diving Supply, and Zone 2 AOR to Noble Supply and Logistics. MRO products include all commercial items associated with the maintenance, repair, and operation of a facility. This scope includes but is not limited to: heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) supplies; plumbing products; electrical products (e.g., generators, wire, connectors, sockets, outlets, lights, etc.); tools; chemical, lubricating, and rubber products; construction supplies (including but not limited to cement, lumber and plywood, bricks, blocks, steel, aluminum, and other metal products, conduits, prefabricated structures, etc.); perimeter security items such as barriers, barbed wire, concertina wire, and sand bags (also used for erosion prevention); communication devices (such as walkie-talkies, two-way radios, etc., used by maintenance personnel); and various other commercial supplies required by the war-fighters to accomplish their mission. MRO support also includes related incidental services. Incidental services are standard commercial services performed in connection with supplying items under the scope of the contract (an example of an incidental service may be requiring installation of an HVAC system purchased under the contract). The anticipated awards will expire on August 26, 2020. This requirement is a "bridge contract" for contract SPE5B1-14-D-0003 (Zone 1) and SPE5B1-14-D-0002 (Zone 2), and is being awarded based on unforeseen circumstances in delays to the follow-on contract. The approved Justification and Approval for this sole-source action will be posted on FBO.gov, NLT 14 days after award. Contact Dr. Laura Welsh (laura.welsh@dla.mil), Captain Matthew Thorne (matthew.thorne@dla.mil), AND Ms. Kacie Varner (Kacie.varner@dla.mil) with any questions.

Solicitation # 26-090
The City of Aurora, Illinois, is soliciting bids under solicitation number 26-090 for the purchase and delivery of street lighting materials, including luminaires, drivers, poles, and bollards. This is a materials-only contract that excludes installation, with deliveries to be made to the City's Public Works Facility at 2100 E. New York Street. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on factors such as price, bidder qualifications, product quality, and delivery timelines. While the City will consider equivalent alternative brands provided they are pre-approved via submitted specifications, the GE Cobra Head fixtures must be the exact products requested to ensure city-wide aesthetic and maintenance consistency. The initial contract term runs for one year from January 1 to December 31, with the City reserving the option to renew for two additional one-year periods in 2028 and 2029 upon mutual agreement. Bidders must submit their proposals exclusively through the OpenGov electronic procurement system by the November 4, 2026, deadline. Awardees are required to comply with various legal certifications, including the Illinois Criminal Code, the Drug Free Workplace Act, and prevailing wage requirements. Although performance and payment bonds are not required, the successful bidder may need to provide insurance for public liability, property damage, and workers compensation.
