This requirement is for a renewal of Janes Defense Platforms and Military Capabilities Modules for Germany that expires on 31 January 2021. This action is to request approval for the supply of Five (5) subscriptions to the IHS Janes Defense Platforms Modules databases listed below from to Janes Group UK Limited. The subscription is comprised of highly proprietary intellectual property and titles do not pass to the end user. Access to the subscription is as set forth in the applicable subscription agreement. The Jane's titles contain the required data and print titles which are propriety to Janes Group UK Limited which also holds the copyright for these titles. Janes Group UK Limited is the only vendor that can provide access to the requested databases. This software allows the Warrior Preparation Center the ability to research and implement up to date military aircraft capabilities to provide the most accurate environment to participants during simulations and throughout exercises. WPC is the primary virtual fighter trainer in the USAFE theatre of operation.
