Janitorial Cleaning Services

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ******************************************************************************************************************* Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for Janitorial Cleaning Services in support to the Seized Property Management Directorate (SPMD). The requirement includes weekly routine janitorial cleaning services as well as “ as and when” required additional or emergency cleaning as outlined in the solicitation documents. The contract is for one (1) year with options to extend, to be exercised at Canada’s sole discretion. The location of work is a Government of Canada facility in the North York Municipality, Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. Offerors must either hold the security clearance identified herein, or obtain the required security clearance prior to contract award. The Domestic and International Trade Agreements are not applicable to this requirement.
