NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Solicitation #: 30005759 This requirement is for Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Title: Janitorial Services at Prescott Canadian Coast Guard Base. Objective: To provide janitorial services at the Canadian Coast Guard Base at 401 King Street West, Prescott Ontario (the Buildings). Scope of Work: In Summary, the Contractor is required to provide janitorial services in Buildings at the Facility, which Include: • Prescott Marine Communications and Traffic Services (MCTS) building is 106 m2; • Prescott main office 1242 m2; and • Other office are area 38 m2 and 170 m2. Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements N/A Conditional Set-Aside This is an open tender. However, it will be conditionally set-aside under the Government of Canada’s Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) if two or more bids have been received by Indigenous businesses who are certified under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) criteria and who may be listed in the Government of Canada’s Indigenous Business Directory (https://www.sac-isc.gc.ca/eng/1100100033057/1610797769658).
