Janitorial Services for the Geological Survey of Canada

By means of the RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from bidders for the following: The Contractor must supply labour, supervision, janitorial supplies, equipment and other related services to the Geological Survey of Canada, Department of Natural Resources Canada, located at 3303 33 Street Northwest, Calgary Alberta, for the period of the Contract according to the janitorial services identified in Annex A, Statement of Work or on an “as and when requested” basis. The period of the contract will be for one (1) initial period from the date of contract award up to two (2) additional one (1) year period(s) It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Natural Resources Canada, Geological Survey of Canada, 3303 33 Street Northwest, Calgary, Alberta T2L 2A7, on August 12, 2024. The site visit will begin at 10 A.M. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than August 9, 2024 2 P.M. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
