Contractors outside Japan must submit documentation that unambiguously demonstrates the Offeror's compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 as a part of their quotation.

CONTRACTORS OUTSIDE OF JAPAN WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE AN AWARD.
